New German Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act - ElektroG3

The current German Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act ("ElektroG2") became effective on October 24th, 2015 and enabled the transposition of EU Directive 2012/19/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of July 4th, 2012 on waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) into national law. After the last amendment of the law in 2015 ("ElektroG2") a new amendment was adopted. It came into effect on January 1st, 2022 ("ElektroG3").
